We have no minimum order quantity. A USD 200 surcharge applies to orders with a value below USD 15,000.
Samples of standard products are free of charge. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. OEM samples are quoted separately.
T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance payable against a copy of the bill of lading.
Send your product list or drawing, material and connection requirements, quantities and contact details to info@jinsonfittings.com. Our team will review your requirements with you.
Our core range includes 150LBS threaded fittings, ball valves, hydraulic fittings and flanges. Sanitary unions and butt weld fittings are available through complementary sourcing.
Materials include 304, 304L, 316 and 316L. Share your required thread or connection designation with the enquiry; the specification is confirmed for each product.
Yes. We support OEM projects from drawings or samples. Include material, dimensions, tolerances, quantities and intended use. OEM samples are quoted separately.
Yes. Share your logo, label content and packaging requirements before the order so that our team can review the details.
Standard products: 20–30 calendar days after receipt of deposit. OEM orders: 30–50 calendar days after receipt of deposit.
Every ball valve undergoes an air-tightness test. Hydrostatic testing is performed on a sampling basis. Discuss any particular test requirements with your enquiry.
EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available for 304, 304L, 316 and 316L products. Specify your documentation requirements with the enquiry.
Our standard packing uses plastic bags, cartons and pallets. Ball valves do not use end caps or protective sleeves in this arrangement. Custom packing and labels can be discussed.
We respond to quality concerns within 24 hours of receiving them. Share your order reference, product details, heat or batch number and a description of the issue.
